Zimtra Asset Management Refunds Policy

We understand that there may come a time when you wish to withdraw your Performance Bond deposit. Our aim is to make the refund process as straightforward as possible.
Performance Bond Refunds
If your account is in credit, you may close your account by drawing down your balance. Upon doing so, your Performance Bond deposit of $1,000 or more will be returned within 3 working days. To initiate this process, please submit a disable request through the Zimtra Trader Portal.
Refund Process
Once your disable request has been received and your account balance is confirmed to be in the black, our support team will process your refund. Please allow up to 3 working days for the Performance Bond deposit to be returned to you.
